Do you have any questions that I can help you with?
Consider the following example:
A customer purchases an account with 5 GB of "Web Space", and 15 GB of "Transfer Limit". When the account is created, the customer decides to "upload", or place, a 1 GB file on to the account. The actual transfer of 1 GB to the account consumes 1 GB of the "Transfer Limit". When the file is done transferring, it now consumes 1 GB of "Web Space". Now, let's say that 2 visitors download the 1 GB file that has been placed under the account. This means that the 1 GB file is transferred from the account 2 times - and therefore consumes 2 GB of "Transfer Limit". After all this activity, the account has utilized 1 GB of "Web Space" and 3 GB of the "Transfer Limit".
"Transfer", incoming and outgoing connections to the account, accumulates over a monthly period. At the start of a new month, “Transfer” is reset - and the account begins at 0. Transfer Limits are used to control incoming and outgoing connections to your account.
