Under System Backups, you are given the options monthly, daily, and weekly. By simply clicking on one of these options, you are given the opportunity to download a backup, that has been scheduled by our services.

Full Backup
In the Full Backup section, you are given a chance to fully backup all the files and configurations of your website. This can be used to move your account to another server, or to just safeguard your files. When generating a full backup, you are required to select where the backup destination will be, and an email address so that an email will be sent to notify you when the backup is complete. If you do choose to generate a backup in a remote destination, you will be required to fill in the location, username, password, port and remote directory.

Since you are able to download the backups of each, you are then able to restore these backups as you can see on the right of each section.
