Email Account Selection

In this option of the mail features, you can manage the email accounts associated with your domain(s).

Add a New Email Account
Here, you can add an email account on your website. Firstly, you must enter the desired email and password you wish to create. The password strength meter will determine the strength of the passwords you enter into the designated fields.  Also, you are able to manage the quota for each mailbox on any email account you create. When all text boxes are filled in and complete, simply press create, and your new email account will be created.

Current Accounts
 In this section, you can manage the current accounts you’ve have created.

  1. Account – Under this section, all the email accounts that you have created will be listed.
  2. Search – You may simply search an account and it will be directed to you. This search bar is very useful if you are looking for a specific email account.
  3. Usage – Under this section, you can monitor how much space you have already used for each specific email account.
  4. Quota – For this section, you are able to view what the quota is for each specific email account.
  5. Functions – Under functions, you are able to delete the email account, change the quota, change the password, manage the security policy (i.e. Security Questions and Answers), and also configure the mail client.

Current Accounts

Default Email Account
This default email account is automatically created and the username and password is the same as your cPanel login. Also, as you may have read on the image above, this email is used to basically take any mail that is unrouted.
